The Tunisian architects with no websites

Apparently there is a council meeting of the UIA (Union of international architects) that is being held in Tunisia... this is a conjoint event with a conference (under the title of "Crafts in Architecture") and a general assembly of the Union of Mediterranean Architects (UMAR).... I wanted to check the topics that will be dicussed in the conference so I searched among other things the website(s) of the Tunisian architects (the main body representing them is the "Ordre des Architectes de Tunisie (OAT)")... but helas! even though most members of the UMAR and UIA have websites... the OAT doesn't... actually it does have a link to a website (http://www.oat-tn.org/) but it doesn't work!!! it's really frustrating.... What are they waiting for??!!
